Customise the data displayed in the appointment list, for example, removing surplus items or changing the order. If not customised, the appointment list shows the data specified in SmartTrade Essential (Preferences/Employee Schedule).
Entry Type
Select how you would like to capture time on new timesheets.
Calculation
This decides whether the Duration or the End time determines the final calculation of End Time or Duration.
Interval
This determines the adjustor buttons on timesheet entry page, e.g. if you select “Six minute units”, the adjustor buttons in Timesheet Entry page will be -6m and +6m.
Default Duration
This determines what duration will be used on new timesheets added. Choose a number of hours from 00:00 to 23:59.
Default Start
This determines the start time of the first timesheet of every day, e.g. 07:00.
Invoice cannot be edited because it has been exported to accounting package.
